We changed to Health On Central a few years ago after not being happy with our previous health provider and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctors, nurses and admin staff are all amazing! Dr Avi and Dr Kristiana in particular are fantastic, amazing with young children, thorough and always take the time to hear you!

Always so happy to go to Health on Central. From the moment I arrive, the welcome I receive from admin staff, to seeing my doctor. The whole experience was up lifting. All questions were answered by My Doctor. Keep up the great work.

We have been with Health on Central since opening and enjoy attending a practice where Doctors take the time to listen and treat you with dignity and respect. I trust this practice wholeheartedly especially Drs Nicole Higgins and Mark Raines who have provided consistent exceptional care over the years. All staff from reception, nurses and Drs go out of their way to make you feel welcome and supported.

Hi I would recommend Health on Central. My doctor Nicole ❤️ is the best. I have followed her around surgeries over a decade. Have to say that she has been inspiring and has help me through the good and bad. The environment at the surgery is so relaxing 😌 I found myself singing along to the music. The staff are all caring. Stay healthy 😃

Friendly and helpful reception staff, and also the nurses are very helpful. My Doctor Nicole Higgins is excellent and very caring, she always takes the time to listen to your health problems, and then finds the best solution for you. Very happy with the service at Health on Central.

The doctors are very caring & professional people who take the time to discuss your health issues. I have found that I have extended my visits sometimes due to excess information that I did not really need then hence paid for the extra time. The Administration Staff are conscientious, considerate and caring people & listen to any issues you may have regarding your visit. Issues I have is having to wait long periods of time occasionally before getting in to see my doctor. There is also the problem of not being able to book an appointment straight away if you suddenly become ill. The doctors are booked out well & truly in advance. I tend to book an appointment before I leave the surgery if I know that I have to return for results or I know that I need further consultations about other health issues. I wish that Health on Central would open its doors on weekends.

This clinic is fantastic! The receptionists are always pleasant and helpful. Any doctor I’ve seen has always been very caring, thorough and professional in their approach! I would highly recommend any one looking for old fashioned, high quality medical care to try for an appointment here.
